The Company started its activity in December 2000 by taking over and starting two TSAs (fuel stations and quick bars) by the A-4 motorway Krakow – Katowice: in Aleksandrowice and Morawica.
In April 2001 the company started to render hotel and food services in "MORAWICA" Motel at the TSA in Morawica. In the following years of its activity the company took over and started further quick bars at the fuel stations with PKN ORLEN logo.

At present the company operates the quick bar chain, three fuel stations and motel. The company's goal is to take over and run further facilities.
